LEDlight.com Shipped me led lights with the bulbs dangling from the bases. Refused to replace them or credit for them Phoenix, Arizona
The two LEDlights I received have the lamps dangling from the bases. Only the wiring holds the assembly together. These lamps obviously have a manufacturing defect. The LEDlight website has this item in stock,shows it as an assembled unit and as a non cancelable,non refundable,non warranty item. The LEDlight policy for such items relates to electrical performance which is not an issue here. The company refuses to replace the lamps or credit for them. They reject my customer review postings for these items and hang up on my telephone inquires.
