LEDwholesalers.com Inc. , LEDwholesalers.com, LEDwholesalers Billed my paypal account, then they call to say they were out of stock and promised to ship product in 30 days - that was Nov 28, 2009 - still no product Burlingame, California
This company billed my paypal account for an out of stock item without my permission. When contacted, they promised that it would be shipped within 30 days - that was November 28, 2009. I still have not received the item. They admit that the items has not been shipped but will not provide a shipment date. As an insult, they offered to refund $25, even though they withdrew $52 from my paypal account for the item.
These are dishonest people. Don't do business with them.

Read how they ripped off others below
Bought one of their expensive 225 LED Grow Light Panel and it failed after 8 hours. No response to e-mails to replace a defective part.
Stay away. They will not support what they sell.

You think thats bad! They charged my Visa right away then three days later emailed me saying they were sold out of that bulb and never returned my emails or even refunded my money! This place is a Scam

Poorly crafted and designed products with zero support
15 LED security light with motion sensor failed miserably after just two weeks. If I hadn't been too busy to install this as soon as it arrived, I might have been able to take advantage of the skimpy 30 day warranty. The product was very cheaply made with all plastic parts and is obviously designed only only the most moderate weather conditions. There was no response to my email in which I only requested info to help me repair the unit. In double-checking the company's feedback on ebay, I found similar complaints. This company doesn't support their cheesy products.

Dispute Process

Paypal offers a 45 day dispute process you should have filed item not received right after they said it was out of stock.
You can still do a credit card chargeback depending on your bank cards policy, call and check to see if it is not too late. Paypal cannot stop you from doing this.
