I have had the EXACT same experience as has the gentleman from Salt Lake with no exceptions-- My accounting of the transaction would be written exactly the same--
I would like to add some details related to my experience:

*The errant transfer of funds allegedly happened in February of 09--
*March 6, 2009 --Lee indicated to me that he would hold funds from other transactions to pay me (robbing Peter to pay Paul) at that time I began to wonder if my funds went to pay another vendor that got the same story 6 months ago--

*April 22, 2009 --I was told that his attorneys had accepted a counter offer from the bankrupt entities trustees, and I would have ALL of my funds very soon-- Have received nothing--

*It is obvious this guy has no business being in business-- If his crack legal staff could not get back monies that were errantly WIRE TRANSFERED to a vendor that would have no direct paper trail for the funds, he should fire them--

*In fact, his attorney advised him that since I have no Purchase Order for the transaction ( it was a complicated issue, with the multiple funding sources) there was no liability on his part, a direct testimony to the quality of people here, as you are only as good as those around you-

* Is there ONE more story out there like this?? If so, we may have some real recourse here-

A Fauthful man shall abound with blessings; but he that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent. Proverbs 28:20

As the CEO of Trinity Corporate, I cannot go into too much detail due to pending legal suits involving other companies, but I can express several things regarding this report.  Just as I replied to the first report, the same is true for this one.  It is indeed unfortunate, and for the most part true, that this company is owed monies.  My company is owed monies also, more than the amount expressed herein, but I acknowledge it as one of the results of this horrible economy.  I do not nor will not vilify and demonize those companies that owe me money, and their decision to declare bankruptcy, leaving me with no alternative but to wait for mine, if it ever appears.  I could have chosen the bankruptcy route, legally divorcing me from the debts, leaving you and many others without any chance to collect.  But the very references made to Biblical scripture on my behalf, and the committment behind them, led me to make the decision to work through this economy, pay everything I can to suppliers owed, and to honor my debts the best I can.  I will not walk away from debt by using the court system, regardless of the ease.  My company is one of thousands hit hard by the economy.  Like thousands of other companies, we found our credit lines cancelled, lending criteria tightened up, and the once plentiful avenue of borrowing money to survive this season cut off.  In years past, it would have taken only a phone call to my banker to resolve your debt, and go on from there, but those days are no longer with us.

A very loyal and trusting customer base has allowed us to survive and go forward.  Over the last 4 months I have paid 75% of the back bills owed, suppliers owed, while doing new business and paying in a timely manner.  My decision to fight through this was based solely on me refusing to ignore my debts, to attempt to keep on going forward in times where thousands of companies declared bankruptcy, walked away, also leaving the people they owed with no recourse.

If your desire in this post was to hurt my company, you have succeeded.  Take satisfaction in that.  I truly pray it brings you peace of some kind.  I am truly sorry this happened; it was not intentional nor taken lightly.  Regardless of your feelings, I hope to be able to pay your account as soon as possible.....Lee Goff, CEO, Trinity Corporate Solutions

I have had the exact same experience as has the gentleman from Salt Lake with no exceptions. My accounting of the transaction would be written exactly the same. I would like add some details to my experience.

The errant funds transfer to the "Bankrupt Entity" allegedly happened in February of 09. On March 6, Lee Goff indicated to me that he would hold funds from other transactions to pay me ( robbing Peter to pay Paul) It was at that time I began to suspect that my funds may have gone to another vendor who got this same story 6 months ago.

On April 22, I was told by Lee that his attorneys had accepted a counter offer from the bankrupt entities' Trustees, and that I would receive my funds very soon. I have not been paid as of 07-09-09.

It is obvious that this guy has no business being in business. If his crack legal staff could not get back monies that were errantly WIRE TRANSFERRED to a vendor that would have no paper trail to substantiate the receiving of these funds, he should fire them. In fact, his attorney advised him that since I have no Purchase Order from him for the transaction ( It was a complicated deal, with multiple funding sources) there was no liability on his part. This is a direct testimony of the quality of people here--you are only as good as those around you-

Is there ONE more insoluble account of transactions like this out there?? If so, we may have some real recourse here.
