Lee Davis contacted us about a business opportunity. He mentioned renting vehicles in Hawaii and Florida. He also said he had a Harley Dealership in NV. He said he also rents motorcycles with eaglerider dealership. Said he does work with Sherwin Williams, Layton Construction, AmeriDeck loading systems, trailer manufacturers, ADP, Julia (Bigthundermotors@gmail.com), DOD, US Forest Service, SHOT Show... He used email(lee.davis.construction@gmail.com) and two phone numbers (407-462-3955, 818-203-3581)
Unfortunately he cost us months of time and hours and hours on the phone. He kept saying checks were in the mail, then sent to his law firm Darcey Whitney(?). He would get angry when we questioned his validity or tried to verify things he was saying.
He was very, very expert in his deceit and knew incredible details about so many different companies and individuals.
I don't know why he wasted our time and put our family, home, and shop at such risk. I told him he was a nice guy with a lot of knowledge and stories. I still care about him as an individual and hope that he gets some help or uses his skills to help others rather than put them at risk.
I fear that he has done this to so many others and will continue to do so. He was very, very convincing with so many details and we were desperate so we put off other options until it was too late.
Please beware and cautious. I don't know why he does what he does but please protect yourselves. He would not stop contacting me even after I refused to waste any more time unless he just text a photo of the checks that he said he had in his possession.
