I brought a puppy from these people on March 6th. I should of known something was not right when we showed up and did not have their individual attention. But my son was already choose a puppy. I tried to get John's attention to explain items to me but he did not care to explain much. We chose are puppy and again he was totally aloof with us. Never looking us in the eye and never giving us a straight answer except when my husband asked him about the warranty on the puppy if he died (god Helpus) and He answered "We guarntee all our puppys! The papers we received were never signed or filled out, We had no information on our new puppy when went thru the papers he placed in a plastic envelope. We that our papers were blank,no statement as to what vet examined or had given the shots. No idea who his parents were, or even his name.

Anyway, Our dog was sick from day one at home, He had a slight cough, I tried calling their number(since they said they would always be there to help us), nobody would answer their phone. We took the puppy to the vet and it died. Then we got an return call from the sellers. I don't dare call them breeders they are a puppy mill, they don't even know anything about their puppies, It's just a business(as they have stated to us on the phone) No one should buy a puppy from these people.

Maybe some puppies are okay, but what an expensive chance to take. Leeann knows she's responsible as she offered my husband 500.00 off another puppy. Why would we want to invest more money to get our heart ripped out of us. SO BEWARE Of THESE PEOPLE!

Still don't know if they are actually responsible in this particular case but went to their site yorkie angel. They are yorkieangel and adorablemaltese as well it seems (and a different email for each site). There's enough on the front page to make someone run the other way or at least proceed with extreme caution. Like the word teacup (and others) repeated over, and over, and over. DANGER sign. A yorkie is a yorkie no matter what their size and be extremely weary of breeder's whom use terms such as teacup, pocket, micro, mini, ect. Why don't they have just one site? And why isn't the link to the guarantee clearly visible and easy to find up with the shipping ifo and such(not to mention there)? The link to the guarantee does not seem to work at the moment either but you certify you have read and agree if you place your non-refundable deposit. A 'buy now' button in which to put down a non-refundable deposit without ever contacting them. It's a little funny that some of the links on their own site would actually warn you away from them, LOL. They direct you to the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America and in the breed clubs FAQ it says use of several of the terms used ALL OVER that site are against the code of ethics (and for good reason). There was another somewhere, in the responsible breeder part I think. Many, many things that might make someone move on in their search. Difficult to navigate but hey the available pups are on the home page right? Just based on what I see on their site(s) I would not advise anyone to get a puppy from them if they asked me as it is right now. Are there others with other breeds? I sent off an email to see if they knew of this report or wished to tell their side.
I also found this though no idea if it was resolved or if there are any more; http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/394/RipOff0394205.htm

Would you mind giving the actual details? If there was no information what WAS in the packet? Did you get a written guarantee and if so did you uphold your end? What was the guarantee? You say the puppy had a cough the day you brought it home. Did you give it a bath? When did you first take the puppy to the vet? What was the diagnosis? When were there subsequent visits and what were the results of those visits? When did the puppy pass? Was the puppy still under treatment? Was there a difinitive cause of death and if not was there a necropsy with definitive results performed? Was hypoglycemia involved at all? What's the whole story? I wouldn't take them offering $500.00 off another puppy as them thinking it was their fault neccesarily. I am very sorry for your loss but you don't say waht actually happened. *just my opinions*
