I received the glossy, full color report from Lee Arnold Group in June after sending my check for $ 9.95. After purusing the information, I decided this was not for me, and e-mailed a request for refund on or about July 20, This was after I realized my check had been cashed 30-days after sending it, and in the amount of $9.99. I then called "Linda" at the 800 customer service office and explained my situation. She told me to keep the material received from Lee Arnold Group, and that she would process my refund.
