Many of these businesses go after the weak and unsuspecting. People are lured in with cute puppies and promises. People's heart strings are pulled, before they check out credentials. Watch out for signs of problems. The nicer "mills" often use methods like Craigslist, personal Facebook pages, Twitter, and Instagram, to get rid of unwanted and rejected puppies. This is a telltale sign for possible future problems. These are puppies that may have deformities due to in-breeding and other choices the breeder has made in their program. But, they are presented as unique opportunities to "help out" or own a wonderful animal. Check out the business website. Nicer "Mills" may make promises on their website that are impossible to meet in reality, but lure in customers. In checking out the website for Many Coats of Colors Kennel. It is highly doubtful that they take everyone of their dogs to a professional veterinary clinic as the photograph may imply. It is probably a rarity. Cost-wise it is Impractical to take trips off site to expensive clinics, unless a dog is seriously ill. Most mills have country vets that come to their facilities. That photo at a vets office maybe misleading. Another notable example, is it really possible to have that many dogs out 12 hours a day, having fun and playing? Unless they have separated runs for the dogs, which are not pictured, this too is doubtful. If correct, this would be considered false advertising. Look over the website, if the wording sounds to go to be true, it probably is. Read closer. It is a also a general practice for Mills to use volunteers and children for low overhead and make thousands in cash per pup. This greed directly hurts others. Underage kids are given "privileges" to come and play with the puppies. And then, are tricked into cleaning up feces and working with chemicals regularly, without supervision. OSHA gets many calls from this type of Labour Law abuse. My opinion, go to the ARL or another rescue. They often have waiting list that you can get on for purebred animals. You will be saving a life and money.

Thank God Somebody finally spoke up! I don't care if it's "political." Leesa has been a bully and user her entire life. But, no one dares to speak up and stop her. We have watched her tear apart families and ruin many lives. And, then she somehow claims injured innocence! Leesa is the wolf in sheeps clothing. Dealing with her is not worth what she will steal from you.
