Legacy Bank Visa Card Thru First National Credit Card A Division Of First National Bank Pierre, This company is a total rip off. Pierre South Dakota
I received this card in the mail without even knowing what the credit card company is all about. I did not know you have to pay $119.00 just to activate the account, $20.00 for an additional card and $50.00 annual fee. My credit limit was to be $250.00 and if you add all the original charges $189.00 that leaves my with $61.00. What a joke.
I have written to all major credit reporting bureaus to notify them that I will not be accepting this card. This company gives you no way of contacting them other than by their statement. Which when you receive your first statement, you already owe them the $189.00 and according to their terms you are in default even if you close the account and do not pay the charges. This is really a BIG RIP-OFF. People please be aware of what is going on with this company.

If you are getting this kind of "credit card" offer, you have pretty terrible credit. A company would have to be pretty dumb to offer credit to people who most likely will not be paying it back. Perhaps in the future, you should read the terms before you send in the application.
