Legacy Billing Services Excessive charges for telephone calls Cypress California
I was sent a bill ($13.93)for two 1 minute collect phone calls to my home number - neither of which I was able to hear because the caller's phone mouthpiece was not working! The charges are grossly excessive by any measure for an automated phone service. This company should not be allowed to bilk unsuspecting callers with their excessive and hidden charges.
