There are several reports about Tracy Thomas.  Take heed, and avoid dealing with her. She claims that ALL of these complaints are from jealous competitors.  She changes the name of her company every few months because of her shady business practices.  Under her previous company name, AZ Estate Sales, the BBB has 13 complaints.  She is now Legacy Estate Sales, and has someone else fronting the company for her, a Sabrina Howard.  I entrusted several thousand dollars worth of vintage native american jewelry to Tracy to sell.  After MONTHS, I could never get a statement or accounting from her.  I would receive a few hundred dollars here, a few hundred there, and each time I would ask her for a statement, and accounting.  She would never provide the information.  When it all finally came to a head and I told her to NOT sell anything else, just return everything, she continued selling things, for pennies.  What she says she "sold" my items for is an insult and I know is not true.  Her husband owns an abtiqye mall, Patterns of the Past, and in my opinion, this whole operation is a scam, as others have suspected.  I am quite sure, again, in my opinion,  that many of my nice pieces that I told her NOT to sell, to just return, ended up in the antiquye store.  I am a senior, and my feeling is that Tracy saw an easy mark, and she took me to the cleaners.  There are reasons for all the negative comments about her, that there are 13 complaints against her with the BBB for her LAST company name.

She will deny everything I have said. She will call me delusional and crazy, which is her favorite attack.

What she does should be illegal, and I will be pursuing this further. I just hope I can spare anyone else getting involved with her or Patterns of the Past, or Legacy Estate Sales.  If you read the google comments about Patterns of the Past and Eric Thomas, there is definitely a pattern in all of this.

Tracy stole from me.  I could not get what was left of my proeprty returned for months.  Her excuses are NEVER ENDING as others have noted.  From I can't upload pictures to my computer (but her business would require it, wouldn't it?), I'm sick, fax machine doesn't work, I'm sick, my Mother has a crisis in NM, I'm sick, my husband's exwife's father died, I'm sick.  I don't know HOW one person can have SO many excuses.  I'll send the money tomorrow.  A month later, nothing.  She is dishonest, to put it mildly.

It is true, Tracy has re-launched her company and now calls it Legacy Estate Sales of Arizona. You should also be aware her brother and former partner at Arizona Estate Liquidators, Travis, has also re-launched himself and now calls his company AZ Integrity Estate Liquidations.
