I accepted 2 zero dial calls from a Correctional Facility in Los Angeles, CA. The first call lasted 6 minutes and the second call lasted 7 minutes. I got a bill for $46.71 which I believe is an outrageous amount for two calls that didn't last too long. I called Legacy LD Intl, Inc. I asked them if they can lower the charges because that was too much what they were charging for the 2 calls. They said no, they couldn't do anything about it. They don't care what other companies charge.
