Complaint Review: Legacy LD INTL INC

I accepted a collect phone from the local county jail. It shouldn't be much, it's a local call right? Well to my surprise when I got the bill it was $7.50 for a 1 or 2 minute local call. That was a ripoff, but I accepted the phone call so I paid it. Now this month I get another bill for the same call for $2.50 for a 'BILL ST FEE'. I called 888-241-0734 to get it removed. It was like talking to a brick wall - a complete waste of time. So bottom line is minimum of $10.00 for a short local call. Do NOT accept any collect calls or do any business with Legacy Intl or Zero Plus Dialing - It's nothing but a big ripoff!
