My son called me collect from a pay phone in Colorado Springs, CO outside a WaWa store. He was not informed of the rates and was not given the option of requesting a Verizon operator assisted call. He could not call 1-800-collect either. This resulted in Legacy assisting with the call which cost us not only for the call but Univ. Svc. Fnd, Carrier Admin, Fees, Univ. Svc. Fnd., and Usf Carrier Admin Fee for a total of $67.45. This is a complete and total rip-off.
