Complaint Review: LEGACY LONG DISTANCE

I recieved three calls using Legacy Long Distance and they over charged me for each one. When I called them to get to the bottom of it he told me it was a $14.00 connection charge, and I told him I asked the lady how much was the call and told me 89 cent a minute. She didn't say anything about a $14.00 connection charge.

All he could say was well there must have been some miscommunication between the two of you. I asked her how much and thats all she said bottom line. They know whats going on. Its a Big Scam.
