Legacy Long Distance charged for long distance that I did not approve Cypress California
I have been charged for a phone call that never completed. I forgot my cell phone, made a collect phone call from a pay phone at a QT, but never heard anyone on the other end. I hung up the phone, went into the QT and they let me use their phone.
