Complaint Review: Legacy Long Distance

I received a collect call which required payment by credit card, according to the automated message. I knew who was calling so I accepted the call.

By the time I completed entering my card information, there was no one on the line and it went dead. I never spoke to anyone, at all.

However, I was immediately charged $14.01.

I know entering my info was a DUMB thing to do, and I will never do it again.

Legacy is a "real" company and they are stealing your money when they charge you for a service they did not provide. Their exorbitant fees for their services are shameful.

If you hear Legacy Long Distance - hang up.
