Complaint Review: Legacy Merchant Services - E-Merchant Direct

Beware of Legacy Merchant Services a.k.a E-Merchant Services!! This is a company in Tempe, Arizona that provides credit card machines and services to businesses. The owner of the company is automatically debiting funds from customers for the service, double and sometimes even triple, and claiming that it is a bank error.

This is not a banking error, it is intentional, and is a laughing matter that the customers are too stupid to do anything about it. Employees are instructed to "take a message" when anyone calls in to complain, and we receive multiple calls per day with upset customers who have called several times and have not received a response.

Most of the people employed are convicted felons and several are very open about their methamphetamine use.(it is also rumored that the owner of the company is a user of methamphetamines) The owner of this company has no respect for his customers and no respect for his employees. The last 3 payrolls, all of the employee checks bounced.
