My Name is Denise Estay, And I have been riped off by the company called Legacy Services aka Ridge way Financial. I got a call around the end of January. The repersentative Named Keyshawn Johnson called me about 4:30pm and told me that she was with Legacy services and that she had a package deal that would stop telemarketers and skam artist from calling my home. It's a box that hooks to your phone and it only cost 49.00 dollars. she she that they sent you a voucher for 500.00 to deposit into your account and they only take out the 49.00 doolars after u receive the voucher of course.

she went on to say that legacy was state ran and that they were there to help poeple from skammeres. it sound to good to be true but i agreeded since they were gonna sent me 500.00. also they had all my informatiom such as address telephone number and banking information. i asked her how they had all my information, she said that they deal with the state and have that information on everyone. Before i got off the phone i had her repeat everthing to me, and she did. she also said that i could call and cancell any time.

That night when my husband got home i told him about the phone call and what was said. He told that i just got skammed and that first thing in the morning i need to call and cancelle, because nothing is for free and that they shoud not have any bank information on anyone. so the next morning i called and cancelled the order and talked with Kayana because i asked her name and how to spell it. she said that the order was cancelled. we also called and informed the bank about this.

Well about two weeks later my bank account was short 349.00 dollars. we (my husband and I) went to our bank to find out why. that's when they said that Legacy services took the money out of our account. we told the bank that we call and cancelled that order two weeks before that the money should have not been taken out. well the bank this is doing there part to get our money back, and we contacted our lawyer to help us also.please beware
