LEGACY VISA, FIRST NATIONAL BANK THEY SENT ME AN UNSOLICITED CARD SHOWING A BALNCE OF $74.00, THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL. I WASADVISED I'D NEED TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK FOR AN INVESTIGATION AND IF I DIDN'T PAY THEM IT WOULD E REPORTED AS A BAD DEBT. Souix City South Dakota
This company is a rip-off. They send unsolicited cards to people and refuse to cancel the card unless the party involved fills out paperwork. I feel they have no right to this as someone obviously used my information for fraud purposes and I refuse topay the start up charges for something I didn't want.I also feel i should not have to fill out papers for something I didn'task for to get them to cancel it.

In both California and South Dakota. Advise them you did not request a card, that you have tried to cancel the card, that you refuse to send this company any information or anything with your signature because you fear ID theft. You might also wish to contact your local police department and fill out a complaint for fraud/ID theft. Send a copy of that to the Attorney General's offices as well.
