Complaint Review: legacy_artoons

This individual or individuals send you a friend request, and they will scan through your instagram profile and pick a picture that they want to paint. They'll tell you that the picture is very nice and that it's worthy of painting and will ask if you are interested. They'll use a photoshop app showing that the picture has been painted, show the finished work with a watermark on it stating that it's "unpaid". Then they'll request a cashapp amount  and tell you that they're going to ship the paiting to you. They'll give you the run arounds for a few weeks stating that you'll have to pay an extra $20 dollars to have the shipper ship it directly to you. Once you pay the extra $20 dollars they then delete their profile or enough instagram users will report them to where their profile get shut down. Users please be aware.
