We were looking for a pet to replace a hole in our heart left by the loss of our dog. We had adopted a long hair chihuahua from the pound and we loved his personality, size, etc. We found this site and submitted a request regarding the puppies they were advertising.
We negotiated a price for the puppy to be delivered to our home. We sent the money as requested, and were contacted that there was a problem with the puppy being shipped out the same day - the flight did not leave until later in the evening so they were going to ship it the next morning. Morning came and of course, no puppy, no contact, would not answer our e-mails, answer our calls, etc.
Fortunately for US, we had negotiated a lower price than they were asking originally but it was still a scam and we are out our money.
