Legal Affadavit Office US National Bank Ricky Simons Called my place of employment and told whoever answered to get me on the phone right away they were coming to arrest me! Irvine California
A co-worker receievd a call today from a man saying he was with the "Legal Affadavit Office" representing the US National Bank, and that he had to reach me to let me know that they were issuing a warrant for my arrest on bank fraud. They actually told my co-worker this! I asked him to repeat this to me. I asked for a case#, who the fraud was committed against, when this supposedly ocurred. He told me to be quiet and listen, I couldn't understand him at all, he was Indian.
He wanted to let me know that the money I owed him they were righting off, but that I should pay the legal fees. I told him that I wanted his phone# and supervisor name so that I could call them my self and find out what was goung on. I have never taken a loan out with a US Bank. I have no idea why the called me, but they also left a message at my home on the voice mail.
So now I have the recording to give to the police, attorney generals office and the FBI. I'm glad that Don had posted his story, that helped me to know what was going on.
