Complaint Review: legal affairs and investigations

I was at work today, and I kept getting these phone calls on my cell phone. Well it was not a number I recognized so I ignored it. Next thing I know I was getting a phone call from this guy I could not understand at all.
He wanted my lawyers information. I asked why he wanted my lawyers information I did not have a lawyer. He says oh have you talked to Michelle Brown yet.
 I said no he gave me the same number that he was calling from and told me to call her so I did. She started off by asking me for my lawyers information I told her I did not have a lawyer and why she would need that she said that she needed it because I was being arrested at my job tomorrow. She went on about an on-line loan I had taken out and she was going to have me in jail for not paying it back.
 Then she wanted to know more personal information and I would not give her any so she got really mad and yelling at me telling me I was going to be arrested at my job tomorrow.
 I called the local police department and they told me that they do not get involved in civil matters such as this. I would have to of had legal papers served to me and so on this was nothing to be concerned with.
I tried calling this number back and all I get is a message box is full recording. So I came home and went on line and I am finding that more people have come across the same thing.
Has anyone been arrested yet from this?
