Legal Affairs & Investigations said they were w/ Cash Advance USA Said I was delinquint on payments & that an officer of the law will be here 1/24/2012 at 11:00. I called back all they could give me was I think PS542 but was irritated w/me & kept hanging up. No name Chicago ?, Illinois
Michael George is saying I have 5 outstanding accounts I have contacted all my lenders which is 3 & nothing has been paid on them. I have called all my lenders & they are claiming everything is alright. & Cash Net USA is completely paid off. This has never happened to me before. They are telling me Cash Advance USA is sending a sheriff out & I will have to go to court. I'm on a fixed income S.S.D.I & I have no idea what's in store for me tomorrow. 1/24/12

Today I was called again regarding officers serving me paperwork between 11 & 11:30. I asked to talk with Michael George because he was the one who contacted me & left a message. I was told he's a paralegal & that the officers will be over soon w/paperwork. I have been home all day & nothing. However, I have been receiving calls asking me to finalize pay day loans. I claimed I was no longer interested & they said it was not a marketing call. I replied again I am not interested & after listening to some of them they sound like the people who called yesterday from legal affairs. Of course the # comes up as UNAVAILABLE. I hope this is behind me I can only hope.
