Legal Binary Robots Unprofessional liars, do not use them Nationwide
I started a chat box to inquire about their recommendations for Bitcoin trading. Their response to me was a joke. I asked a questions and they asked if I needed the bakery. Really? This is how you treat clients as if they are talking to a five year old?
If you are doing trading, do not use this company or their recommendations. They keep transfering the conversation around to one another making jokes and making fun of you for asking a question.
The worse treatment I have seen in years.

You can blame the chat bot all you want. Interestingly enough, the next person who spoke to me sounds just like you. Who was again, no help and you transfered me around not once, but twice.
Take responsibilty for bad behavior for people working in your company rather than blaming the chat box being taken over by hackers. Seriously?
I also did research and found the companies you are recommending for trading are also frauduent and a scam. Go read your own reviews. It is all over the internet with these companies.
I know people don't liked to be called out, but your legal binary is recommending people to use a scam service and using the excuse that your chat box was hacked by bots??? Wow.. seems like a secure service ya got there. If bots are taking over your chat.. which in my experience has never happened before on any chat box I have ever used. That says a lot about your site, your security with your site and your poor recommendations to recommend people to use a service in which they will become a victim of fraud.

I am not sure if you know that what you are chatting is a chat bot. A chat bot is not a real person. It is a software which can be used to correspond simple conversations with people. It also expects correct spelling and grammar. It would behave erratically if the real person is not using perfect written English.
A chat bot has been used by many websites nowadays. They all are misleading in the sense. A chat box would pop up with a picture of someone on it -- misleading that you are chatting to a real person. However, some chat bots have better algorithm than others, so sometimes it may hold a conversation with you.
In your case, the website is using a really bad version of a chat bot. As a results, it did not understand what you were talking about, so it tried to pick certain words and made a meaning out of them. If you really want to talk to any one, remember to not talk to any chat bot. If a website does not have any contact phone number, the site may not be that credible in the first place.
I hope this would explain your weird encounter with a chat bot.
