Complaint Review: Legal Ease Document Service

I hired Nicole to draw up divorce paper work in October of 2010 after some delays the paper work was signed by both myself and soon to be ex-husband (or so I thought). Here we are September of 2011 and I am just as married as I was back then.

I have heard every excuse from PC issues, out of town because grandma died, out of town of work, moving offices and many more. I finally asked for a refund and she emailed me back and said she would give a full refund. I still have not seen that and it was 8/4/11. The latest excuse is the courier ran off with my paper work and my money.

I told her I didn't care about the courier I paid her for services and she owes me the money. She let me know that she didn't have any money to be able to give me a refund. I am glad  I saved that email because at this point I have been forced to file a  small claims case to get my money back and hire someone else to do the paper work again.

I have a set of paper work that she notarized that wasn't even filled out yet, does that sound legal???

Please beware of this woman, she talks a good game but nothing gets done.
