This company Legal Meds Online initially promised low cost RX meds; AND a refund of the $24.95 monthly membership fee, if I did not use the service. After I discovered the service was not at ALL what they advertised, I CANCELLED the monthly membership fee on my Visa Card on November 9th. The next month December 8th, the $24.95 was STILL being deducted from my Visa Card. I TRIED to contact the company; and their mail box was always 'full' and they NEVER responded to numerous e-mails, asking them to CANCEL the membership.
Again on January 7th, they deducted ANOTHER $24.95 from my Visa Card. My Visa Card advised me that the only way to stop this kind of bogus membership fee deduction is to just CANCEL the card, which I did. Now, Legal Meds owes me $74.85 that Global Pay Inc. deducted from my Visa Credit Card; I NEVER ordered one thing from them and they CONTINUED to deduct the $24.95 monthly fee from my Visa Credit Card. This company Legal Meds Online is totally bogus; they never return calls or answer e-mails, they just take money from working people like myself, the only service they provide is false advertising. I have CANCELLED this d**n membership THREE times and you STILL keep deducting the membership fee from my Master Card. NOW, I have had to go to ALL OF THE TROUBLE to cancel my Master Card, just to get your bogus charges off my card.
You should be ashamed of yourselves; you are committing INTERNET FRAUD with your false advertising of a 'cancel at any time' gaurantee. Sure. Cancel and you will STILL get the membership fee deducted monthly from your credit card.
I am in PAIN, chronic severe PAIN...and your hateful, mean spirited little company has caused me more PAIN. All I was trying to was save some cash on PAIN medication and you have cost me over $79. in bogus membership fees.
Shame on you, you are cheap all right; a cheap and shoddy outfit.
