I went in search of online forms to use in court. My husband is trying to adopt my 5 year old son (who is very excited). I found this website and purchased forms on 07/18/2005.
Upon purchase I was to receive an attachment with the forms as well as a confirmation email. The email came... but with no attachment. I immediately responded to the email and questioned where the attachment was. No reponse. After not answering 4 emails, on 07/20 $100 was taken out of my checking account.
Since then I have emailed another 7 times. I even contacted the local news and told them of the ordeal. They provided me with an additional phone number (which has been disconnected) and an email adress (which is no longer active).
Buyers - please be wary of websites legalforms-usa.com and divorce-forms.com. All they have done is taken away money from the happiness of a 5 year old boy. They have also unfortunately put a bad stereo-type on Internet based businesses as I will never again purchase online.

I apologize to Erika; I was unaware of this issue and want to refund her money to her. I am sorry Erika had to go through the difficulties she did. Please let me know how I can issue a refund to Erika; I do not have a record of the $100; perhaps if she still has the cancelled check or other documentation that would be very helpful. In any event, please advise how I can get her refund to her. Thank you.
