I first tried to order from this site in late November because I read a good review about it on a herbal incense locator site. When I entered my payment info it would not go through. I contacted the site owner and he said he was having problems with his payment system. He apologized and seemed fine to deal with.

 A week or so later, the site was working again, so I placed an order. It had a status of "processing" for over a week. I tried to call but his voicemail is full. I sent numerous text messages that were unanswered until I threatened to flood the internet with bad reviews. He responded by saying that the bad service was his competitor. That made no sense but whatever (as it turns out, take the z off the URL and you will get a totally different bundle of problems).

 So I finally got the guy on the phone and on December 6, 2014, my status was changed to "shipped". But I did not get a tracking number. I sent multiple emails and texts requesting the tracking info and got no answer. So I waited a while and no package came. I got newsletters in emails from him but nothing directly to me with information about my order. Yesterday I asked about the status of my order in a text and he simply replied " Shipped". I asked for the tracking number and got no answer.

 I suspect that the reason I didn't get tracking info is that there is no tracking info. He did not ship the package. He is a terrible business owner and I should have backed away from the site when I read That they have "PROFESSIONAL COSTUMER SUPPORT" [sic].

 Anyhow, I strongly urge anyone reading this to avoid dealing with this scam artist. He may have a few loyal customers (costumers?) but he does not act professionally to new customers and he is impossible to get in touch with. Get your stuff somewhere else.

Just want to say I ordered from this site on 1/6/15, paid for overnight shipping and have not received anything as of today...01/14/15.  Next stop is BBB, then New York states atttorney.
