I ordered from legalherbalbudz.com and picked overnight shipping.  I placed the order at 8:15 am and it was not shipped that day.  I then requested that the shipping be downgraded to normal shipping, but I didn't get any response from the seller.

He did downgrade the shipping and I received my order, although I had no idea what had happened since I got no reply or tracking number.  I opened my order to find that it was short by more than 50%.  I also received no refunded or compensation for the $26.25 I had paid for overnight shipping.

I contacted the seller about this and asked him to make it right.  He asked that I make another small order and he would include extra product to make up for my loss. I agreed  that this sounded fair and told him when I would make the second order.

When the second order arrived, I found that he didn't include the extra product he had agreed to.  It was also not the product I had ordered. He sent me the correct quantity, but the wrong product.

Further attempts to contact the seller (Edwin Reyes) went unanswered.  In total, I am out the $26.25 I paid for overnight shipping and more than $50 worth of the product I ordered in the first place.

I doubt purposeful malice , but I smell incompetence and lethargy on the part of Edwin Reyes.  Save yourself some grief and don't shop at legalherbalbudz.com.  I didn't even ask for a refund and he was still incapable of doing the right thing.

After being ignored several times, I filed this report and let the owner know I had done so.  He contacted me immediately and was rather upset about it.  He didn't understand the problem and obviously didn't read the complaint.  He demanded that I take the report down and texted a receipt showing that he had shipped my order. I had to explain to him again what the problem is.  

He finally realized the issue and blamed it on his girlfriend.  He then asked that I make another order and he would send me what I was shorted.  I should have known better.  I asked for the specific product that I ordered to begin with and asked him if he thought that was fair.  He agreed that it was fair.

I also commented in my order and did exactly what he asked me to do.  When the order arrived, it was not what he agreed to. Again he sent the wrong product and the wrong quantity.  I texted him to show what he did and of course he ignores me.

Three strikes and you're out.  I will never order from this website again.  The owner is truly incompetent.  He did try to make it right, but he kept doing it wrong.  Now I'm struck with a bunch of stuff that I didn't want, will not use, and a lot of wasted money.

Don't bother with this guy, you will be waiting your time.

After posting this report, I have been contacted by the website owner and he has agreed to fix this issue.  I will update it again when that has happened.
