Legalmatch.com, Theodore Sell Told me that my website had an error to get me to call back, Internet
Theodore Sell from legalmatch.com attempted to contact me and when I did not return his call, he contacted me again and said my website was missing a letter from my name. It wasn't. I don't understand how trying to trick me into calling him back can possibly result in a sale, but regardless he wasted my time.

I remember this conversation. I have no idea why I could not see the first letter of his name but he could when I was speaking to him on the phone and viewing his website; but, I do know that what I told him was absolutely true, the first letter of the name of his name was missing - at least as I could see it on my Firefox browser.
I hate that he claims I lied about this, especially when other reasons for the confusion are entirely possible and likely; how a man that has never met me and has no idea of my reputation for honesty and truthfulness can make such a claim without considering either the ramifications or other, more plausible explanations that were available is very troubling.
Here are some other possible explanations:
1) Something in the coding on my Firefox browser was not compatible with his font or graphics or whatever it was.
2) His computer was showing him a cached (stored) version of his webpage rather than the live version I was seeing.
3) He has more than one website (?)
At any rate, I thought I was being nice to him regardless of whether he was interested in the service I was representing to him or not; instead, I got my reputation besmirched.
Hey, Mr. Lawyer who complained about me; isn't saying someone committed dishonesty in business something called Defamation Per Se? You ought to look it up; maybe the laws of your state are different than the rest of the country. You said I tried to trick you into calling me back and, since trickery is a form of dishonesty, you therefore claimed that I commited a dishonest act in my business.
Unless you can prove it, please kindly retract your statement prior to my needing to take further action.
