Legalmedsonline tricked me into thinking I was buying medicine and than switched me to a program where I would pay 37 dollars a month for life just to access their website and check prices. This is really vile and illegal too

While the customer is obviously upset they are also wrong on every point of complaint. Far from tricking anyone we state in plain, large text "We guarantee you the lowest price available online for your medications or your money back! While we are not a pharmacy and do not directly fill prescriptions, we are so confident that our subscription service offers the lowest prices on medications that we offer a 100% money back guarantee!". In fact, to avoid ANY misunderstanding whatsoever this paragraph is on the very same page on which one enters their credit card info.
To further avoid misunderstanding all of the pricing that is available through legalmedsonline is viewable prior to signing up for membership. In addition there is no "switch" and certainly no "37 dollars a month for life". If the customer had read ANYthing on the site they would have seen not only the option to cancel any time but also the money-back guarantee that is offered during the first month of ones membership. They (or any prospective customer) can click the 'Contact' link on the site and discover that we can be contacted for cancellation 24 hours a day by telephone, email or online via live chat.
