Plaintiff in good faith on 11-07-2016 entered into an agreement with the Defendant for services provided for a professional drafted complaint of a Civil case with multiple causes of actions to which the Defedant stated that this complaint would be over seen by an attorney, exhibit A. On 11-07-2016 the Plaintiff paid the Defendant $225.00, half of the agreed price of $450.00 for the complete services minus filing fees, and the other half, $225.00 on 11-25-2016, earlier to let the Defendant know that he was serious, Exhibit B. On 11-07-2016 same day Plaintiff made first payment, a tote of files and evidence that was left with the Defendant to assist with the draft of the complaint. Plaintiff explained to the Defendant that he needed the complaint drafed and filed before the satue of limitaion 03-25-2017, and that he would help with the process if needed, and Defendant insured him that they would have it completed in one week.

Plaintiff visit Defendant's office on many appointments to go over the specifics of the complaint and was only interrupted by other clients. Defendant made many excuses why she need more time and this caused a delay in the Plaintiff's case all the way up to 03-22-2017, apoximately 5 months. Plaintiff was very stressed out. On or about 03-22-2017, Plaintiff picked up the Drafted complaint from the Defendant's secratary and filed it on 03-23-2017.

On 09-08-2017 Plaintiff paid an attorney and their Paralegal for a consultaion because the opposing sides attorney wanted to Demurr the complaint that the Defendant drafted. The attorney and her Paralegal both agreed with the opposing sides attorney and stated, "this complaint that was drafted by the Defendant is basically a long declaration that a Judge could not give relief to, its Crap. On 08-29-2017 the Defendants attorney filed a 1st amended complaint, Exhibit E, and it took 4 days, stared on 08=26-2017, and was acceped by both parties. Plaintiff reached out to the Defendant with a letter on 02-14-2018 with evidence and, 10 days to reply, and no responce. Plaintiff can forward all exhibits on request. thank you!
