I made an order knowing full and well that these products are not meant to get you high. I actually enjoy smoking herbal blends and look for decent deals for them on the net. I made an order for 4 items on sept 3rd and spent 54.84. by the next week I had not received my order and had already sent an email to customer service about it, they replied completely changing the words of their own shipment policy to suit their needs.

I then waited another couple of days to the point where it had been two weeks. I sent them another email letting them know that if I did not receive my package I would cancel my order and have that charge removed from my credit card. to my surprise heres my order the next day and I would have said ok except for my first inquiry about where the hell my order was was sent to them on sept 9 and received and returned by them on sept 10, however the postmark on my package is sept 15. and funny the postmark is all watered down as if I wouldn't be able to read it but the date on it clearly says sept 15. how does an order placed on the 3rd, take 12 days before it actually leaves their so called warehouse?

I was upset but I let it go and opened the package, needless to say it looked as if it was just thrown together last minute, the "Black russian herbal hash" smells horrible and burns as though its an incense rather than a smoke, I could smell it through the package and it put the worst smell in my nose that I couldn't deal with it and ended up throwing it away. it was very gummy and all around looked like someone took some gum and stuck straw in it. the salvia d. was of decent quality and so I am not upset about that, however my acrylic herb grinder grinds nothing and all it does is move the herbs around. I would never order from this company again and I have decided due to the same funny instance happening with also the Herbal Smoke Shop that I've noticed other people complain about here, the funny instance being that my order seems to not ship out until after I complain about it, that I will no longer order my herbal smoke products online.

I was lucky enough to find a headshop that sold the same products for pretty much the same price I'd pay for it online sometimes less, and I know exactly what I'm getting before I get it because its physically in my hands. I d**n sure don't have to wait 12 days for my order to ship and another 3 to receive it.

Note to these companies, there is no such thing as slow mail anymore. the mail is very punctual and if I can get a package from nc to california in 3 days, there is no excuse for you to not get my package from the east coast to my home in 3 days. stop using the us postal service as an excuse for you to sit on your a*s and wait until you feel as though you won't get your money to send my products.

I have many friends who work in the postal service, and it is very rare that they aren't on time I also find it interesting that I had to pay 5.95 for shipping and handling but you only spent 1.84 to send it. for 50+ dollars you could have eaten that shipping charge. do not buy from these companies, find a local place, grow your own, or if you are under the impression due to their advertisements by not saying that its marijuana or an alternative however naming the products marijuana or hash type names...just risk it and get the real thing. EXPECTED AND ACCEPTABLE SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY TIME: 7 days, ACTUAL DELIVERY: 15 days and here is my proof just in case they want to make an argument including the information on their website.

what their email to me says:
Our website clearly states that orders are processed within 3 business days. If you ordered on Friday, your order would have been processed between Monday and Wednesday. After your order is processed, it takes the postal service between three to ten days to deliver the package. Unfortunately we do not have any control over the postal service. You should receive your package next week.

no your website says 2 business days and it still was not sent on Sept 6, but the 15th over a week later and no the post office does not take 10 days to deliever any package. ESPECIALLY NOT ONE WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION! and thats kind of a bullshit excuse considering it only took what it was supposed to which is 3 days or less. the truth is they didn't mail it yet and they were blaiming the post office for their problems. this is not 1904 its 2004 get your s**t together.

This company is linked to another called Shotdrinks.com, I'm quite sure that its actually located in Phoenix and somehow this person who sent it to me is located in Tx. my return label on my package is the address I used here, however it was sent from Phoenix AZ. WHAT A FUNNY FUNNY COMPANY
