Legalzoom.com beware the fine print.. automatically signs you up for services you don't need, Internet
Like Brian, I also was charged by Legal Zoom for something called "Legal Advantage" that I never signed up for -- lucky for me when I first went to the site, I didn't sign up as a business (got a will made). Apparently, any time you make a purchase, you have to OPT OUT of this so-called "service", and if you don't your credit card is billed each month. Its disgustingly sleazy that a website that is advertised as simplifying common legal concerns uses this kind of "back door" method that requires you to "read the fine print".

Attorneychooser will tell you if you can get by without an attorney and lets you build your own documents like legalzoom. But attorneychooser does not use sneaky monthly billing techniques like those mentioned above.
