Legend Design~Construct Dale Simons does not pay for materials from suppliers Rockwall, Texas
If you have come in contact with Dale Simons / Legend Design Construct be very careful! This person is not to be trusted.
Dale comes off like a good person but, the truth is he's a con-man of the most high degree. He will bid the work you need done at a very surprisingly low price. He'll give you a story (1 of hundreds) about why he's price is so affordable.
The truth is Dale does not pay for he's materials and leaves you holding the bag when the job is done and paid for. The supplier will then lien your property and you will end up paying twice for the materials used to complete your job.
If you are considering Dale Simons / Legend Design Construct to do work for you or, you have him working for you now. I suggestion to you would be to find out where he is buying the materials to do your job. Contact that company and make sure he has paid the bill or make arrangements to pay for the materials yourself.
This man is not to be trusted, period! Like I said he comes off as a really nice person and makes you feel confident in him but, this is only a con. It's not will he rip you off, it's when!

The new name of the company Dale Simons is now using is Total Concept Builders, LLC DBA Old Skool Contracting. Yes, Skool is spelled like the business invoice. The LLC is not registered with SOS or the county listed on their contract. They will not give the registered agents name. They are now preying on others in Kerrville, Texas. Dale did electrical work on my parent's home. We learned he is not licensed after the job in Texas and is a Felon in Collin County Texas.
They state they do electricity and plumbing. He and Sandy will do little easy fence jobs or simple one-day jobs to get a good review. In the meantime, other larger projects are not getting taken care of. I have had to track down customers that put up a review to see if they still stand by it and have already in a week found some do not. I am looking for honest info to share with others about this criminal. He has taken almost 35,000 from my elderly family. We can not get a copy of the liability insurance either. The contract states upon request, they always have an excuse. Looking for any assistance to stop them from taking advantage of any more elderly folks.

We had a wood fence built by Dale/Legend. We are more than completely satisfied with the work he did. He and his crew were totally professional through the entire project. He is very good at what he does and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again! (He was referred to us by our neighbors, who were likewise thrilled with the work he did for them!
