Legend Motors ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam Gray Kentucky
My father recently purchased a Dodge truck from Legend Motors of Gray Kentucky. The price paid for the truck was $10,500, plus a $5,000 trade in. The truck appeared to be in very good condition, with only 43,000 miles.
After owning the vehicle less than three months, my father noticed that the truck seemed to be using oil. After further investigation, it was revealed that the truck had a blown gasket. No big deal he thought, he had owned the vehicle less than three months, so surely Legend Motors would stand behind the sale and take care of the problem(especially since this almost had to be a pre-existing condition when he purchased the truck).
Not so! after talking to the salesman and the owner of Legend Motors, no resolution at all was made by the company. He had to pay for this repair entirely out of his own pocket. I feel strongly that a company with any dignity at all should have paid for this expense.
Buyer beware, after Legend Motors has your cash, your just another sale in the book, and customer service at this point, Yeah, Right.
