Leggett Market Research Shopers Research Mailed a fake check to me wanting me to send it via Western union to "check" the services of that company. New York, New York
Got a letter in the mail with a 2680.75 check. Didn't know what that was for!! Read the letter with it. It said I could be a mystery shopper with this company if I cashed this check and then sent it to other people to check Western Union services. The catch is that you send the money and then when the check bounces you are still liable for that money. I'm not falling for this trick. The check looks very, very real. The letter is posted out of Canada but with a New York, New York address. These people are scum to do this to people who might actually fall for it!!
