Leggett & platt Sold by mattress firm Missing part and can’t make it right for 4month Carthage Missouri

I got the adjustable base from mattress frame last year October . Once I tried to assemble the base I found that is missing a small part. I had been contact Legget & Platt for the missing part, but they just don’t do it correctly. Send the wrong part again and again.

Even the they called technician to come to my house in December, but not even have the technician have the correct part to fix. A brand new base I get had never been working since the first day I got it. Now is been almost half year. And I also need to call ‭+1 (877) 295-0816‬ at least once a week.





Every thine the representative from the office said they will give me a call next day or have any updates but they won’t. I have 5 different email address from different representative. And I send the email and they don’t respond. it force me to call every time to get the update. I not sure how a company can’t fix a small issue for 6month. Very disappointed
