What I ordered for my daughter was a pink 50cc quad with flames, what I got was a pink camo. As I was assembling the quad I noticed more than a few nuts and bolts very loose. She never rode it much more than 10 times which was one time to many! The last time that she rode it will definitely be her last as she was almost killed!!
The throttle body cap came off when she was riding and instead of it turning off , the quad went full throttle at around 33 miles per hour.

The remote kill switch would not work, the brakes did not work, or the kill switch. Thank God there was an angel on her shoulder that day because she only ended up with a really bruised up little body and a broken arm for which we own those bills!

Now she is terrified of the quad and wants us to sell it, but how can we sell a piece of junk that we wouldn't want another child to be on when we don't want our own child to ever ride it again! So here we are with a $600.00 piece of junk, medical bills, and a little girl that is still having nightmares about dying! Thank you Legion Global, Hope you and all of your employees sleep well at night!

This is why we have the right to sue!

I don't know if you've talked to a lawyer, but you have a major lawsuit on your hands. If you care about the safety of other children, it's the right thing to do.

Funny, I'm an ex employee who was fired (yes, fired. in my previous post I said I quit, but I posted that before I questioned them, which they didn't like at all) for saying what I said on here and questioning their ethics. Again, if anyone needs any help from me for a class action lawsuit, please contact me. Since "Steve", well, not "Steve", they don't have an employee named Steve, but Chris Briden, general manager and brother of the owner Gary, posted my personal phone number on here, it has since been changed. Right now I'm working on a suit of my own, I would suggest anyone who has been screwed by these people should do the same.
