Legion Global Motorsports Attorney General's office needs to do more to stop this company from taking customers money by deception. New Lenox, ILLINOIS
I bought a 125cc dirtbike November 2006 from legion global and have been through "HELL" with them. They said I mistakingly order an ATV instead of a dirtbike, but I couldn't prove it because they never sent me a receipt even though I called many times to ask for it, but they always made up excuses why they didn't send it. When my order did come it was an ATV so we told the truck driver it was the wrong item he told us to send it back. That seemed to be the sensible thing to do so that's what we did.Thinking this was a respectable business I had no idea that they would use their disclaimer to keep my money by claiming I ordered the wrong thing! I've called the police in New Lenox, filed a report with the BBB of Illinois, filed a report with the Illinois state Attorney General's office and the most they did was ask Legion Global what the problem was,and natually it was my fault because I'm such an idiot that I don't know the difference between a dirtbike and a ATV. I paid them $1024.94 and got nothing for my money, and this seems to be O.K. with the Attorney General's office because the most they got back from Legion Global was $347.86! I would think this should be an admission of guilt, but the Attorney General's office aparently didn't think so.I had to pay transit charges and a 30% restocking fee just because they won't admit to their mistake so the money won't come out of their pocket's,but their customer's pocket's.I'm disgusted with the way consumers get the shitty end of the stick! It's time to stop companies like Legion Global, and I think it's up to the Consumer Protection Division to do what they get paid for,to put a stop to companies like Legion Global and to protect the consumer.I tried my best, but due to many health probelms I guess I'll never get them put out of business, but I pray that enough people will do what they can to put them out of business before a child get's killed on one of their products. We need to make the government stop importing inferior products from China.I really admire their "EX" employee for coming forward, that took guts! More people should do what he did,he had nothing to gain by coming foreward. Thanks for listening.JOYCE
