I purchased 3 brand new ATV's from Legion Global Motorsports for my children for Christmas. Two 150 CC LG 4-strokes one black and one blue and one 90CC . I placed the order early and Jay sold me the units. I had several questions and he seemed very helpful. I did not order right away and Jay gave me a time limit for a certian discount price of $2,750 for the 3 units.

I spoke with my husband and he said it sounded like a good deal. Jay had phoned me 2 times since my intial call to purchase the units before the end of the day. I ordered them the following day and agreed to pay by check to avoid a 9% credit card fee but then he added $250.00 for sales tax that I thought was just a scam.

The units were shipped to us two black (no blue)150cc's and one pink camo 90cc and my husband and I began to put them together in our spare time. As Christmas came closer we could not get the two 150 cc units to run no matter what. The 90cc unit ran fine. My children could not ride their units Christmas morning because there was bad gas in the carberators when they were shipped.

We phoned several times to correct the problems and the only response was "there is no way they were shipped with any gas in them, take it to a mechanic you pay the labor and we will furnish the parts." We took the units to the mechanic and indeed they had bad gas in the carbs, I have the receipts to prove it. The units ran for about 10 minutes then one carb would not hold fuel after the repairs.

I call Legion again and they shipped 2 new carbs. The new carb fixed one problem. Bolts that hold the lights on have broken on both units, a chain broke on one unit , the start switch on one is not working and the throttle cabel on one is broken and the throttle sticks on the other one. The 90 cc has run fine but we had to replace the battery. My kids have about 2 total hours on these ATVs, they never run properly and they have been falling apart since we took them out of the shipping crates.

Legion Global motorsports has no intentions of refunding or repairing anything. The verbal warranty is junk and worthless. I have been totally taken advantage of and my children are so dissapointed. Our Christmas was ruined, I cried all day Christmas Eve because my kids would not have their gifts and Legion Global motorsports sold us junk.

Yes Legion, it was BAD GAS. Yes we did take them to a local shop at our expense for over $100 to get them both running and they still had problems. Why do you have to take a brand new ATV to the shop to make it run? Yes it does take knowledge to put the ATVs together and my husband and our MECHANIC friend found the carbs to have bad fuel in them. Are you telling me the factory does not start or test these units before they are shipped? Are you telling me that the carbs were not bad when the new carbs you shipped fixed the problem? Are you telling me that it takes a rocket scientist to figure out that you are selling crap to uneducated consumers. Those ATVs are in garage right now basically taking up space. We purchase brand new ATVs so we would not have to be weekend mechanics for our kids to go enjoy them. You are selling headaches Legion ADMITT IT Or replace what we have and stand behind your product.

Bad Gas?

Legion Global does NOT ship units with gasoline in the motors. THAT IS ILLEGAL. The units have electric chokes on them and need to be idled correctly when initially purchased. Therefore the lack of knowledge of the customer not being able to get them started. The unit could have been brought to a local ATV shop and I am sure that the business could have helped them and got them running. Why wasn't that done?

Xmas would not be ruined if the parents have taken the units to get started. Obviously if the other unit ran fine, how is that a Rip- Off ? IT IS NOT!

Thanks,
Legion Global
