I ordered the mudbogger go-cart 01-05-2008 and received it on time on 01-23-2008. After I managed to get it together with vague instructions I noticed the seat and gas tank were damaged during shipping. The freight company paid for the cost so I ordered new ones from Legion Global on 02-04-2008. It is 07-08-2008 and I still have not received them. They gladly cashed my 150.00 check though. On the third time out with my cart the intake valve stuck open and done some damage to the piston. I ordered the parts necessary to fix the problem on 03-14-2008. I offered to pay for a new head with properly machined valves so the problem would not happen again. Matt also told me the warranty did not cover labor and I would have to pay a mechanic or perform the repairs myself. Good thing I have been around carts and motorcycles sine 1976. This parts order still has not arrived as of 07-08-2008. I can fix my atv but I cannot do it without parts. This company does not service the product after the sale, takes your money and does not send the parts paid for or under warranty. I want my 3200.00 back and the 150.00 I sent for the seat and gas tank. They can have this cart back for as far as I am concerned. I have also read other similar complaints about this company on this site. I ask if there is anyone who can help all of us to let me know. I hope class action is in order for Legion Global. Upon Legion Global's response to this report, I warn them to be careful what they print because I have the product and printed e-mails and can prove everything I have said in this report.

This company has made good on their warrenty. I recieved all parts ordered that were covered by warrenty and the parts I paid for on 09-03-2008. I have released and closed the dispute with the Attorney General of Illinois.
