Complaint Review: LEGION GLOBAL WHOLESALE

I purchased a 150cc Three Wheel "Bonzai" Moped from these people with an electronic check (that's how they wanted to be paid) so they can get your money fast and not give it back! on 6/28/2008. They "accidentally"overcharged my acct. $50.00 and as of 7/23/2008, I have yet to see the refund. These people are highly trained at "sticking" it to the consumers. I am currently speaking with my local district attorney about this crooked organization and hopefully, will be able to contact the Lenox,Ill. district attorney about legal action/prosecution. If you have visited their web site and not made a purchase yet, thank your lucky stars and don't go near these con artists. P.S. If you order anything and try to cancel the order within 24 hrs..you are screwed(they charge a 30% restocking fee,even though they don't stock the productand will NEVER return your phone calls.If you don't believe me, call 1-866710-6096 and ask for customer service.
