Complaint Review: LEI Jeans/Jones Apparel Group

LEI jeans have always been one of my favorite brands. Recently I bought 2 pairs of these jeans several weeks apart. The first pair came out of the wash with one leg seam twisted up and look too bad to wear. The second pair burst up the rear seam the first day I wore them. The jeans were not even close to tight on me. Clearly the quality is not what it used to be for this brand. I did not try to return them to Wal-Mart. I had not saved the receipt as I had never had a problem. I tried to complain to the company but got no response.
