Complaint Review: Leigh Kristen Capital Inc.

I had been referring business to, and receiving commissions from Leigh Cook et al for quite some time.  Then suddenly it stopped.  After much back and forth, the company sent me part of my past due commission with a promise that the remainder would be researched, and future commissions will be paid monthly.  That was the last check I've received and that was back in November 2015.  

Since, I have emailed, called, left messages, etc for Leigh Kristen Capital, Inc et.al to follow through on their promises.  I have emails stating that, "I'm so sorry we've been so busy.  I will do this right now!" Nothing ever happens.  Phone calls result in excuse after excuse.  Nothing ever happens.  

These people will continue to take referrals, but they refuse to pay out commissions.  Absolutely lies, deceit and frankly, theft.  

They go by several names, all with what I believe to be a Mail Drop Box as their address.  www.DepositChecks.com; www.CPAMerchantServices.com; 

It's a husband and wife team, Leigh & Donald Cook.  I couldn't be any more disappointed in human nature with these two. They come off as so sincere, then they just stab you in the back.
