I purchased a leisure bay spa in Aug. of 2004. The rec wharehouse location in Douglasville has since closed. I am having trouble with spa now and have been told Leisure Bay is bankrupt and my 10 year warrenty is worthless. I think rec warehouse should be responsible since they are primary agents and sellers of leisure bay spas
