I have done everything on my part to get the dealer to coperate. he has failed to do so. he said these things were fixed, front suspension, driver side wheel bearing 02 sensor circuit, inactive brakes belts car feels like it is going to shut off when you slow down. engine
light is on, tune up not done properly only changed sparkplugs not the sparkplug wires.

oil light comes on .these things were never fixed after the first failed inspection that failed saftey and emmissions. I brought these issues up to the dealer. he came and picked up the car and then brought it back and said these things was fixed.

he told me to drive the car to put 200 miles on it and then go get it inspected again. I brought the car for the second inspection on december 22 06, it failed
again. the same codes popped up, nothing was fixed. it also failed safety and emmissions again this dealer is not doing anything and neither is the bank credit acceptance corp, who financed this car 1997 dodge intrepid
color black on december 5 06. I already called
the dealer he gave me the run around.

Wendy, it IS a 10 year old used car! What was the warranty?

Wendy,

What were the terms of sale? "As-is" by any chance?

Does MA have a state law that mandates a warranty on a used car?

After all this was a 10 year old used car. How many miles are on it? This is very important.

Now for the million dollar question. DID YOU TEST DRIVE IT? If not, WHY not?

And, the finance company has no part in the issue between you and the dealer.
