Leisure RV dishonest, lying, ripoff management program Millet Alberta Canada
I invested several hundreds of thousands of dollars with Arnold Donzelmann at Leisure RV on his RV management program, in three major investments.
On the first investment (purchased 4 RVs), Arnold lied to me by giving me bogus vehicle VIN numbers that did not exist. Canadian RCMP and Motor Vehicle records computers had no record of such VIN numbers. That was on day #1---he goes to church and talks of God being on my side, then straight out lies to me on day #1. I should have known better.
The first year things were not too bad; Arnold paid some money (earnings) back, more or less in accordance with our original agreement. So I invested two more chunks of money.
It started to become clear that Arnold was not, and could not, keep accurate financial records for his company. All statements that I received from him were hand written, not even done on a spreadsheet. I received one statement per year maximum when I repeatedly asked for it. Often I would have to phone 10 times to get him on the phone.
Things deteriorated, and Arnold really started dodging my phone calls. He did not make payments as promised, even though he had a nice ski boat and new vehicles in his yard.
Eventually he stopped all payments, stopped all phone call returns, and avoided me totally. I contacted the RCMP and started a lawsuit, which resulted in garnisheeing Arnold's personal bank account and his company bank account, and in a writ against his farmland. I have recovered about 2/3 of my money to date.
The RCMP has multiple complaints filed against Arnold Donzelmann, and his credit rating is not good (because of garnishees). He must now run his business out of his wife's bank account, since any money placed into Leisure RV's bank account will be captured by the courts.
Arnold lied to me on Day #1, falsified vehicle VIN numbers, lied about his bank balances available for paying me, and has not acted responsibly in his business dealings with me.
I recommend that you not do business with any RV dealer in Millet Alberta, since he will probably change the company name and resurface as a scam artist again.

To all those in the management program wondering about their money, heres where it went.
1) Arnold and his wife Wynn have spent untold thousands of dollars buying property around the Millet,Leduc, Warburg areas. They have a total of 10 or more houses in these areas. I know because I live in one of his houses.(Not for Much Longer).
My rent is made payable to Wynn Grant.
They scoot to the BC Interior to their timeshare in Invermere area. Christmas, summer vacations.
Putting their kids into college. Wendell goes to a nice Christian College in BC.
All their kids have houses in their names. Arnold makes the mortgage payments on them.
He has now started buying Mobile homes from the US with that money he had hidden away. In October 2007 AMVIC came in and shut him down. All the RV's disappeared, His other daughter Becky comes out of nowhere and takes over and there is new RV's galore parked in front of the shop.
He has tied himself with something caller heirwest from Ontario, His name is on the website as the Western Canada Rep for them.
On April 30 2008 Arnold Donszelmann was charged with one count of Theft Under 5000.00 in relation to a 1994 Chevrolet Pick up truck. Court date is May 27 2008 in Wetaskiwin if anyone cares to see him.
The whole Donszelmann family is nothing but conmen and con artists. Bible toting thieves at best.
