Complaint Review: LeModeln Modeling Agency

I signed a contract with them and the next day gave them written and verbal notice of withdrawal from the contract which stated I had seven business days to do so in writing.

They never withdrew the contract until almost six months later when contacted by my lawyer.

They never withdrew the agency fee's and have place the fee's into a collection agency and it is now showing up on my credit report.

I have contact them on several occations with out success.

The original agreement was that as they got me work that money would go toward paying the agency fee.

I went on one assignment in new York to be an extra on Sex in The City. I had to pay a third party agency in New York $100 to get the part. The agency in New york was going to book me for a print ad, but the secratary of Lemodeln told them I was not professional and they would do better getting someone local. There for blowing my chance for Modeling in New York.
